Egg White Facial Mask

If you're desiring to tighten your pores, clear up acne, and brighten your skin, consider using an egg white facial mask. I tried it a couple times, and my skin looked radiant. As you know, egg white contains protein, and protein is essential to keeping skin supple and youthful. Homemade egg white masks cost far less than store-bought facial masks, and they do not contain harsh ingredients or perfumes that irritate skin and cause premature aging. Of course, you won't want to try an egg white mask if you're allergic to the ingredients below.

Egg White Mask Recipe
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tsp. organic honey
  • 1/2 tsp. pure lemon juice
  1. Mix the ingredients thoroughly with an egg beater or other mixing device.
  2. Using your fingers, gently massage the mixture onto your face. Carefully avoid your eyes and mouth.
  3. Leave the mask on your face until your skin begins to tighten, which is typically 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Thoroughly rinse your face, peeling off all the mask.
  5. Let your face air-dry.
Note: Never keep an egg mask in the refrigerator longer than two days, as it will begin to acquire an odor.

All the Best,
April
